Namibian boxer Tryagain Ndevelo will fight for gold in his next contest after he defeated Jude Gallagher of Northern Ireland in the semi-final last night.
The impressive performances by the Namibian have earned him a chance to vie for gold on Sunday night in the Lightweight Men’s 60kg category.
“I feel overwhelmed,” Ndevelo said to the media after the bout with Gallagher.
“Right now I feel good because I knew it was going to be a tough one. But anyways, like I said before, and I will say it again. We are Namibian, we don’t get knocked out, but we win.”
