Security guards attempt to chase vendors off streets

A group of armed security guards today tried to chase vendors off the streets of Oshakati but they were met with resistance.

Three of the security guards who told women selling goods along the road at the Piccadily Complex failed to evict the vendors.

Instead one of the security guards engaged in an exchange of insults with two men who sell second hand vehicles at the same place.

In the end the security guards went away.
