Children play on and around this termite hill, known in the local language as oshaanda, at the outskirts of the Oneshila neighbourhood in Oshakati.
Due to lack of modern playgrounds in and around the town of Oshakati, this oshaanda has become a popular spot for children. The termite hill also provides for a view of wonderful sceneries as a result of good rainfall in the area.
