King Tee Dee outmanoeuvred Tim Ekandjo in their 4 round exhibition boxing match that took place on 15 October at the Windhoek Country Club.

The match that was organised by the charity project Never Walk Alone was billed as the MTC Never Walk Alone Boxing and Music Project, and was meant to raise funds for a project that donates shoes to children from poor households.

Tim Ekandjo, MTC’s Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affair Officer, faced King Tee Dee, a musician, and both looked fit for the bout that lasted only some 14 minutes.

Although Tim Ekandjo went twice down to the canvass, the bout ended with a split decision that saw King Tee Dee receive the belt as the New Catchweight Champion.
