It’s OK to be angry
Hey, kids, it’s OK to feel angry.
Small brothers can make you angry sometimes, even big sisters can make you annoyed. School mates and even teachers can make you angry too.
It’s OK to be angry at them.
It’s OK to be angry but you need to know how to control it, because it is not OK to do bad things or overreact when you are angry.
Ephesians 4: 26 says “Be angry, but don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry.”
God doesn’t want you to sleep with anger.
The goal is not to never feel angry, but the goal is to understand your anger and to choose healthy ways to respond to the issue, that’s what matters.
Avoid fights, destruction, bad words or insults and revenge.
Do not be cruel when you are angry, better walk away.
