When former Governor of Oshana Region Mr Elia Irimari was treated to a banquet in honor of his half-a-decade of service to the region, not only was it an occasion for speeches and congratulatory messages for a man who was described as a “servant of the people” and “visionary leader” but it was also a moment for Mr Risto Iita and his art school band to deliver some music for the occasion.
Iita, who is the head of the music and art school of the Directorate of Education, Arts and Culture in Oshana Region, served up some melodic tunes which had the people on their feet.
