Eeshoke Chula Chula climbed back to the top of the Namibia Premier Football League (NPFL) after collecting the maximum six points during the weekend.

On Saturday Chula Chula beat Mighty Gunners by 3 goals to 2, and went on to beat Life Fighters on Sunday by one goal to nil.

This made Chula Chula to claw back to the top of the league as African Stars only managed to collect one point during the weekend.

African Stars on Saturday lost to Eleven Arrows by the score of one goal to nil, but only managed to secure a draw of one-all with Blue Waters on Sunday.

Another northern team which also did well over the weekend was KK Palace, which also collected the maximum six points after beating Life Fighters on Saturday by 3 goals to one, and completing the weekend in style by beating Mighty Gunners by 4 goals to one.

The league table is now topped by Chula Chula with 47 points, while African Stars are in position 2 with 46 points.

FC Ongos is in position 3 with 43 points, KK Palace in position 4 with 38 points, while Mighty Gunners is in position 5 with 35 points.
