Shine, shine like a star

By Alma “Namene” Amunyela |

Every woman can shine like a star if she wants to.

Every woman is beautiful and this is not because of her age, her colour, her trend, her size, her outfit and neither her hair, but because of her passion, her companionship, her courage and her being herself.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And if you can see your beauty as a woman you can always shine.

You come to work with a smile, and you work like you own the company. If you work for the government, you work as if you own the government. You do your work with enthusiasm because you believe in yourself. You do your tasks to the best of your ability. You interact with others through your positive attitude.

When you go home, or you go in the community, and wherever you are, you shine. People become attracted to you because of your positive vibes.

Your passion and love for life, and the way you enjoy yourself, can make you attractive.

How you are in the company of others, how you relate to everyone, and how you respond to the vibes of others can determine your popularity. How you carry yourself with grace can bring out the best of you.

The strength of your character, how you refuse to fall for any man or for alcohol, and how you remain who you are despite the changing attitudes or moods of others, it all makes you to stand out and shine.

The way you respect yourself and respect everyone else, and how you avoid arguments but somehow you’re able to stand up for yourself, this can make you a star and an example for others to follow.

So it doesn’t matter your circumstances or the situation you’re in, if you know your true value as a woman, then just shine your shine.
