Namibian boxer Tryagain Ndevelo has progressed to the semifinal of the Men’s 60kg Lightweight category at the Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow after putting up sterling performances, first against Bangladesh’s M.R. Reza in the Round of 16 and then against Niall Adams of Guernsey in the Quarterfinal.
Ndevelo won by 5-0 against Adams, while he had also won by 5-0 against Reza.
These victories came hot on the heels of his first win at Glasgow 2026, a win without throwing a punch, after Ndevelo was handed the match by walkover against Trinidad and Tobago’s Anthony Joseph.
Joseph had failed to come on time in the ring, and he got disqualified from fighting.
