Keep on just keeping on

As women we tend to give up easily on our dreams.
Women who give me courage are those who don’t give up. It’s very important to stick to your goals no matter the challenges and difficulties.
Remember, every champion has felt it. Every president has felt it, every winner has felt it, every victorious person has felt it. Every soldier has felt it.
The urge to quit.
But, dear ladies, don’t you ever give up on your dreams. I don’t care if you don’t have the money, you don’t have the help, and you don’t have the family for it, and you don’t have the background, and friends, just don’t give up on your dreams.
It may take you twice as long, you may have to take courses and classes, you may not read as fast, you might not have as much, but don’t you quit.
As weak as you are, as tired as you are, as many mistakes as you make, you’re making progress. You’re moving to your goal. Just keep on.
I will not lie to you, I felt like giving up. I have seen many days I didn’t want to get out of bed, didn’t want to put on clothes and didn’t even feel like brushing my teeth. I have seen days so dark in the morning that I was scared of going out.
But those days came to pass. I kept the faith. I keep it. I keep pushing myself to go after my dreams. When things get tough, I keep on and I keep on just keeping on, because I know that one day I will get through.
Giving up is the birth of regret.
